Things I Miss

We’ve been here for a month now.  I’m very happy to be in KL, but there are things I miss.  In no particular order:

  • Diet Coke
  • Pancakes
  • Craft beer, particularly IPA
  • Fast internet
  • Sports in my time zone
  • Having more than 2 of any given utensil, plate, or cup
  • Cooking on the grill

    “Craft beer” made me laugh because my brother’s entire business model is built on the back of expats who miss their craft brews in Thailand. So you know, if you happen to take an excursion to Bangkok, know that many American IPAs await you there.

      We might go to Bangkok! I have to leave the country every 3 months because of long term visitor visa issues, so we are planning our excursions. Craft beer is yet another reason to go to Thailand… Thanks for the tip!
